Most newly built homes come with an 11 Month or Builder’s Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and craftsmanship that may arise within your first year of living in your new home. Hire Inspect One today before your warranty expires and we’ll provide you with a list of items to share with your builder. An 11 Month Warranty Inspection protects you and can potentially save you thousands of dollars in repairs covered by your builder.
